Don’t worry this is completely informal! There is no obligation to hire me after this chat, this is a good opportunity for me to also identify if I have the required skillset to meet your needs.

Depending on your needs I can also provide a rough estimate of price and timescale.

Based on our initial conversation, I may ask for further information, such as any existing resources or content you may have.

I will then build a personalised quote, based on your project. This will include a breakdown of costs, the number of days to complete each task and the project plan.

Within this quote will also be detail of the service I will be providing to you and the output you will receive, for example ‘Storyline file and SCORM output’ or ‘PowerPoint deck’.

Once you are happy with the quote and timescales, I will then send over a contract for you to sign, to cement our working relationship. If you have contracts within your organisation which you require freelancers to sign, this is a chance for you to send these over.

When the documents are signed, the working relationship will begin and we can kick your project off!
