Relationship Based Care eLearning
During my time at Quantum Rise I worked with a well known healthcare client (name redacted upon request) to develop an eLearning on Relationship Based Care.
As part of this project, I was provided with the company branding, some imagery and their custom icons. A complete storyboard was also provided, therefore my role was to develop the eLearning.
This included creating a range of media to be embedded into the eLearning, such as videos and imagery. I had to ensure the finished product was on brand and would easily blend with their current eLearning offering.
During this process I worked closely with the client to ensure they were 100% happy with the finished project.

My response to the brief
-
When designing the template for this eLearning it was important that their branding was presented in a way that felt cohesive with their existing modules. I was provided with example eLearnings to use as my reference and I was sure to keep a similar look and feel and kept to all specified brand colours.
It was decided that Articulate Storyline would be the best platform for this eLearning, as it allows for a greater level of customisation and development of complex interactions. Therefore I played to Storyline’s strengths, embedding a variety of video content, multimedia and graphics to make the eLearning really stand out from a visual perspective.
There were around 6 videos in the eLearning that all needed to be created by myself. Whilst I was not able to film these myself with actors, I opted to use a range of stock video content, layered with text, icons and imagery to create an ‘explainer’ style video. These were created in Adobe Premiere Pro to allow for seamless transitions and a greater level of editing. Video creation / editing was fairly new to me at this stage, therefore I took time to study other explainer videos, to mimic the style. I opted not to use a software such as Vyond as I wanted the video to match the serious tone of the content, therefore felt using characters unsuitable.
